Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Labyrinth is supported through digital memberships and voluntary offerings that help sustain the ongoing creation of articles, films, artwork, and educational resources.

Thank you for helping carry the Thread forward.

Membership Cancellation

Memberships, including Thread Bearer and Temple Keeper, renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

Once cancelled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken.

Refunds

Because memberships provide immediate access to digital content, refunds are generally not available once payment has been processed.

If you believe a payment has been made in error, or you experience a billing issue, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the situation fairly.

Donations & Offerings

Offerings and donations are voluntary contributions made in support of The Labyrinth.

As these contributions are gifts supporting the ongoing work of the project, they are generally non-refundable.

If an accidental duplicate payment or processing error occurs, please get in touch and we will investigate promptly.

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

The Labyrinth does not store your credit or debit card information.
